The Challenge

Many operations teams are manually building grocery box configurations in spreadsheets — checking dietary compliance, calculating margins, and planning weekly rotations by hand. The process is good, but slow, and couldn't scale as the number of programs and dietary constraints grow.

The Outcome

Box configurations that took hours of manual spreadsheet work now generate in minutes with built-in compliance checks, allergen warnings, cost margin calculations, and multi-week rotation planning. The tool is live and in use (with manual checking for all medical compliance).
