The Challenge

Operations teams were building grocery box configurations by hand: checking dietary compliance, calculating margins, and planning weekly rotations in spreadsheets. The process worked, but it didn't scale as programs multiplied and dietary constraints got more complex.

The Outcome

Box configurations that used to take hours now generate in minutes, with built-in compliance checks, allergen warnings, cost margin calculations, multi-week rotation planning, and recipes. The tool is live and in active use, with manual review retained for all medical compliance decisions.
